QUEEN'S CONFERENCE
An annual 3-day overnight retreat for all past and current program participants. Girls can attend annually through their first completed year of college. The conference includes annual action planning, leadership development and rewards and recognition for TQF girls.
Girls are encouraged to continue participating in the conference as a volunteer once they have completed their first year of college.
The Make Me A Queen Program is a year-round, leadership development program designed to inspire young women to reach their full potential, resulting in confident, successful girls who are servant leaders to society that achieve their higher education and leadership goals. The program is targeted to at-risk middle schools girls, tailored to young women with limited opportunities to develop their leadership and academic potential.
The program is a year-round six focus series, provided in three ways:

This program is exclusively offered to select schools in Nash & Edgecombe Counties
ADVANCED PROGRAMS FOR GIRLS
The PowerHouse Project (PHP) is a year-round, mentor-internship & scholarship program designed to ensure girls achieve their goals for higher education and leadership. The program prepares these young women for overall success through intensive leadership development, internships, service projects and special events.
The three components to PHP are: Leadership Academy | Mentor-internship | Service Learning
This program is exclusively offered to select schools in the Triad & Triangle Regions of North Carolina.
COLLEGE PREP RETREAT WEEKEND
An annual 4-day overnight retreat to prepare girls entering their junior and senior year with all the planning, resources to plan, apply and pay for school. Girls meet with countless universities, prepare college essays, resumes and built a polished action plan as they enter in their junior and senior year of high school.
