Ronda is a member of the ladies who lead initiative for The Queen’s Foundation. She serves on the Triad Regional Advisory Committee and specifically is the Triad Chair. Ronda is passionate about TQF because it gives her a chance to make a positive difference in the lives of young women, which in turn, has a positive impact on our community. She decided to get involved with TQF because Ronda loves their mission, “helping young women reach their greatest potential to higher education and leadership.”
Before joining the ladies who lead initiative, Ronda received her B.S. Industrial Engineering from University of Tennessee. Outside of TQF, Ronda is the Executive Director at Ward Black Law. She is married to Chris Holloway and together they have four children, ages 16-23. Ronda owns other businesses. She serves on the Board for Restoration Place Counseling.
